					    <p>A worker at the centre of a hospital mortuary mix-up which led to a family cremating the wrong body had already triggered concerns, we can reveal.</p>
    <p>Tameside Hospital have now suspended the member of staff, who had previously been given a strict ‘job plan’ after bosses decided he could not perform more than one task at a time or prioritise his work.
