Costumes galore

TALENTED pupils came up trumps at All Saints’ Primary in Old Glossop, with a host of fund-raising events.
They held a best-dressed teddy competition, talent show and cake sale – all organised by the year six school council – to collect £165 for Children In Need.
Bringing the house down to win the talent show was George Snape, who played ‘The Great Escape’ on his kazoo.
Head teacher Margaret Hyde said: "The school council organised everything, including all the publicity, posters and bought the prizes.
"It was a lovely afternoon."
