THE Highways Agency was branded 'shambolic' and 'not fit for purpose' at a public inquiry into the controversial Mottram to Tintwistle bypass.

   Who does this John Hall think he is? I have lived in Denton all my life (47 years) and this upstart does not represent me! I am offended by him making this assumption and I want this bypass to go ahead. So shut your mouth John Hall you do not represent me!
