SHAMELESS star Tina Malone has been losing weight fast - and the actress is out and proud about the gastric balloon that's helped her to do it.

While TV presenter Fern Britton has been hitting the headlines for not disclosing the gastric band operation that helped her lose five stone, Tina is more than happy to discuss her procedure.

   well done Tina!!!! but what annoys me is why do the public give these women a hard time about it, in the end it's none of their buisness I support it totaly and if I could afford to have it done I would....
