The Very Berry Merry Metro Cocktail - created specially by Rob Jones

For this cocktail (pictured) you need:

30ml Cognac

10ml cherry vodka

10ml Chambord (raspberry liqueur)

50ml cranberry juice

10ml lemon juice

10 fresh cranberries

10 redcurrants

2 crushed cloves

3ml orgeat syrup (made from almonds)

Shake the ingredients with ice then double strain over crushed ice into a sling glass.

Garnish with red currants and clove-studded orange zest.
