Pulling them in at the Palace

THIS picture of the Glossop Palace cinema was taken around 1929.

The Hollywood-Spanish Hacienda-style building opened in December 1911. The promotional poster is for the Warner Brothers film, Tiger Rose, a ‘talkie’ which a release date of 29 December, 1929.
